Finding your Perfect Fit is easy. ♥

Before ordering, measure each of your natural nails in millimeters using the instructions in our Find Your Perfect Fit guide.

Once you have your measurements, you can choose the preset size that best matches your nails or select

Custom Sizing and provide your individual measurements for each hand.

For the most accurate fit:

• Measure all 10 nails, since the same finger can vary slightly between hands.

• Measure across the widest part of your natural nail.

• Follow the measurement method shown in our sizing guide.

• If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size. A press-on that's slightly larger can be gently filed for a more customized fit.

We always recommend measuring before your first order rather than guessing your size-even if you've worn press-ons from another brand before, since sizing can vary between nail brands and shapes.

No worries - your nails don't have to fit perfectly into one of our preset sizes. ♥

If your measurements don't match a standard XS, S, M, or L preset, simply choose our Custom Sizing option when ordering.

With Custom Sizing, you'll provide the individual measurements for all 10 nails, and your Perfect Set will be created according to the measurements you submit.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Measure each nail carefully using our Find Your Perfect Fit guide.

• Measure both hands rather than assuming matching fingers are identical.

• Submit measurements in the exact order requested on the product page.

• Double-check your measurements before placing your order, since your set will be made using the sizing information you provide.

Choosing Custom Sizing does not increase our standard 5-7 business-day processing time unless a particular product listing specifically states otherwise.

The Perfect Set offers a curated selection of nail shapes and lengths, so you can find a style that fits both your look and your lifestyle. ♥

Available options may vary by design, and each product page will show the exact shapes and lengths available for that particular set.

Because different nail shapes can fit and measure slightly differently, we recommend checking the sizing information for the shape you're ordering - especially when trying a new shape for the first time.

Some designs, particularly Limited Drops or specialty sets, may only be offered in select shapes or lengths based on the design and materials used.

Every Perfect Set is handcrafted to order, so a little time and care goes into creating your nails just for you.♥

Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. This is the time it takes us to create, finish, quality-check, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Please keep in mind:

• Processing time does not include shipping time.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in business days.

• Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it on its way to you.

• Some especially detailed or specialty designs may require additional processing time. If so, the longer timeframe will be clearly stated on that product's page before you order.

• Choosing Custom Sizing does not add additional processing time unless specifically stated on the product page.

For the best and longest-lasting wear, proper nail prep and application make a big difference.

Nail glue is the best choice when you want a longer-lasting application, while adhesive tabs are ideal for shorter wear, special occasions, or when you want easier removal and rewear.

A few things can affect how long your set stays on:

• How thoroughly your natural nails are prepped before application

• Choosing the correct size for each nail

• Your application technique and adhesive choice

• Exposure to water, oils, lotions, heat, and cleaning products

Yes! With proper application, removal, and care, your Perfect Set may be worn again. ♥

If you want to maximize your chances of rewearing your set:

• Remove your press-ons gently - never pull, rip, or pry them off.

• Allow the nails to dry completely after removal.

• Remove any remaining adhesive tabs, or gently clean away dried glue from the underside of the nails.

• Store your nails in their original box somewhere clean, dry, and protected.

• Prep your natural nails again and use fresh adhesive before your next application.

Using adhesive tabs generally makes preserving your press-ons for another wear easier because there is less adhesive buildup to remove afterward.

Because every application, wear, and removal is different, we don't guarantee a specific number of reuses.

How many times a set can be reworn will depend on its condition and how it has been applied, removed, cleaned, and stored.

Gentle removal is the key to protecting both your natural nails and your Perfect Set. ♥

Never pull, rip, or force your press-ons off. If a nail isn't releasing easily, give it more time rather than forcing it.

For safe removal:

• Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with a little oil to help loosen the adhesive.

• Allow them to soak until the press-ons begin to release naturally.

• Use your cuticle stick to gently work around the edges as the adhesive loosens.

• If you feel resistance, stop and soak longer - never pry the nail off.

• Once removed, gently clean any remaining adhesive from the press-ons before storing them.

• Make sure your set is completely clean and dry before placing it back in its original box.

Removal time can vary depending on whether you used nail glue or adhesive tabs, how much adhesive was used, and how long you've been wearing your set.

Taking your time during removal can help protect your natural nails and give your Perfect Set the best chance of being worn again.

Yes - you can make small adjustments to your press-ons for a more customized fit. ♥

If a nail is slightly too wide, you can gently file the side edges until it fits more comfortably against your natural nail.

However, keep in mind:

• File gently and a little at a time.

• Significant filing or reshaping can change the appearance, strength, or design of the nail.

• Filing through painted details, French tips, chrome, embellishments, or other design elements may permanently alter the finish.

• Cutting, drilling, heavily filing, or substantially reshaping your press-ons is not recommended.

• Any damage or design changes caused by filing, reshaping, or otherwise modifying the nails are not considered product defects.

For the best results, choose the correct size, shape, and length when ordering and use filing only for small fit adjustments when necessary.

And remember - if you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger nail because you can gently file it down for a more customized fit. ♥

Every Perfect Set is handcrafted and finished individually, so small variations are part of what makes each set unique. ♥

We do our best to photograph and represent every design as accurately as possible. However, you may notice slight differences in:

• Hand-painted details or linework

• French-tip thickness

• Glitter or pattern placement

• Stone and embellishment placement

• Blending or opacity

• Other handmade design elements

Colors may also look slightly different in person depending on your screen settings, device, lighting, and environment.

Certain finishes - like cat-eye, chrome, shimmer, glitter, glaze, and reflective effects - naturally change depending on the lighting and angle, so they may look a little different from one photo to the next.

Your finished set will stay true to the overall design you purchased, but because each one is made by hand, no two Perfect Sets will ever be completely identical.

Because every Perfect Set is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer-selected sizing, or personal preference. ♥

Before ordering, we recommend carefully reviewing your size, shape, length, and design selection and using our Find Your Perfect Fit guide to make sure you've chosen the best fit.

Of course, if something is genuinely wrong with your order, that's different.

If your set arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Please:

• Keep the complete set and original packaging while your concern is being reviewed.

• Take clear photos showing the issue.

• Contact us before wearing, applying, filing, reshaping, or otherwise altering the nails, whenever the issue can reasonably be identified beforehand.

• Do not send anything back unless we provide return instructions.

A qualifying defect that only becomes apparent during ordinary wear can still be reviewed even if the nails have already been applied.

We carefully create, inspect, and package every Perfect Set before it leaves us, but if something isn't right when your order arrives, please let us know. ♥

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery.

To help us review the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of what happened

• Clear photos of the complete set and affected item(s)

• Photos of the packaging and shipping label if the package arrived damaged

Please keep the affected products and packaging while we're reviewing your claim, and don't discard or return anything unless we let you know it's no longer needed or provide return instructions.

What if my package seems lost or delayed?

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll help review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.

What if tracking says "delivered," but I can't find my package?

First, check around the delivery location, with other members of your household, your mailbox or parcel

locker, front desk/mailroom if applicable, and nearby neighbors where appropriate. Sometimes carriers also mark packages delivered shortly before they physically arrive.

If you still can't locate it, contact us so we can review the available delivery information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Every situation is a little different, so refunds or replacements aren't automatically guaranteed solely because a package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered. We'll review the circumstances, available tracking or delivery information, and applicable carrier options to determine the appropriate resolution.

Yes - if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. ♥

Because every Perfect Set is handcrafted to order, we begin preparing orders shortly after they're received.

Our 24-hour window gives you an opportunity to catch a mistake or change your mind before your order moves further into production.

If you need to make a change:

• Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Include your order number and clearly explain the change you're requesting.

• Changes may include things like your size, shape, length, design selection, or shipping information, when applicable.

• If a requested change affects the price of your order, any additional amount must be paid before the change can be completed.

• Please double-check all order and shipping information before checkout whenever possible.

After the 24-hour window has passed, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled because materials may have been allocated and production may already be underway.

If your order has already entered production or shipped within that period, we'll review the request based on its current status and our full cancellation policy.

Maybe - but once a Limited Drop is gone, a restock isn't guaranteed. ♥

Our Limited Drops are created to bring something fresh and special to The Perfect Set. Designs may only be available for a limited time, in limited quantities, or while specific materials are available.

Once a Limited Drop ends or sells out:

• The design may not be restocked.

• Some designs may return for a future release or special occasion.

• A returning design may be offered in different shapes, lengths, colors, finishes, or details.

• Availability can depend on materials, seasonality, and our current collection.

• A previous release does not guarantee that the same design will be offered again.

If you fall in love with a Limited Drop, we recommend ordering while it's available rather than waiting for a restock.

Any future rereleases or restocks will be announced through The Perfect Set website and social channels.

That's part of the fun of our Drops - you never know which Perfect Set might make a comeback. ♥

At this time, The Perfect Set does not offer fully custom nail designs. ♥

Our sets are created from the designs available in our Sets and Limited Drops, allowing us to focus on creating each design consistently and maintaining the quality we want for every order.

While we don't currently recreate designs from inspiration photos or create one-of-a-kind custom sets, you'll find a variety of styles throughout our collections - from timeless everyday nails to more detailed and seasonal designs.

New designs and Limited Drops will also be added over time, so there will always be something new to discover.

We've made it easy to know exactly where each nail goes. ♥

Your Perfect Set includes 10 handcrafted nails - one for each finger - organized and labeled by hand.

Inside your box, your nails will be separated into:

Left Hand: Thumb → Index → Middle → Ring → Pinky

Right Hand: Thumb → Index → Middle → Ring → Pinky

Before applying your nails:

• Use the Left and Right labels to identify each hand.

• Follow the nails in order from thumb to pinky.

• Double-check the placement of each nail before applying glue or adhesive tabs.

• Each press-on should comfortably cover your natural nail from sidewall to sidewall without pressing onto the surrounding skin.

• If a nail is slightly too large, you can gently file the side edges for a more customized fit.

If you selected Custom Sizing, your set will be made according to the individual measurements you provided for each finger and arranged in the same easy-to-follow order.
